  • The cost of aesthetic treatments in our Cardiff clinic varies depending on the type of treatment and the clinic you choose. In general, Anti Wrinkle injections start at around £145, fillers start at around £180. Note we only use CE/FDA regulated products for your safety. Consultation is free to book.
  • All aesthetic treatments carry some risks, even the most common ones. Some of the most common risks include bruising, swelling, redness, and infection. More serious risks are rare, but they can happen. It is important to talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician about the risks of any treatment you are considering.

We are based in Lisvane, North Cardiff with easy access from most key routes. We have ample parking outside our clinic, refreshments and air conditioning. We always allow plenty of time between appointments and never do back to back bookings so you can take your time, relax and ask as may questions you like about your treatment.

We’re obviously biased, but here are some top tips to help you select the right aesthetic clinic for you:

  • Read online reviews and compare different clinics. Look for clinics that have a good reputation and that offer the treatments you are interested in.
  • Once you have narrowed down your choices, schedule consultations with a few different clinics which should be free. This will give you a chance to meet with the doctors or aestheticians and ask questions about their experience and qualifications.
  • Ask about the risks: Be sure to ask about the risks and side effects of any treatment you are considering. It is important to understand the potential risks before you make a decision.
  • Get everything in writing: Once you have chosen a clinic, be sure to get everything in writing, including the cost of the treatment, the expected results, and the risks and side effects. This will protect you in case there are any problems after your treatment.
  • Trust your gut: Ultimately, the best way to choose an aesthetic clinic is to trust your gut. If you feel comfortable with the clinic and the staff, then you are more likely to have a positive experience.

Here are some additional tips:

  • Ask about the clinic’s experience: How long have they been in business? Do they have experience with the treatments you are interested in?
  • Ask about the clinic’s staff: Are the nurses/doctors or aestheticians board-certified? Do they have experience working with people with your skin type or concerns?
  • Ask about the clinic’s safety standards: What are the clinic’s policies on infection control? Do they use sterile equipment?

By following these tips, you can increase your chances of finding the best aesthetic clinic in Cardiff for your needs.

The bright and modern setup made me feel comfortable and excited to explore the world of skincare and aesthetics. Lee, was an absolute gem. He run the day alongside Hayley who is the lead in South Wales for Hydropeptide. There knowledge and passion for HydroPeptide were palpable, and the teaching style was incredibly informative and educational. The training with a perfect balance of expertise and approachability, ensuring that all attendees, regardless of their prior knowledge, could grasp the concepts. The price can vary depending on the clinic, the experience of the practitioner, and the number of areas being treated. However, you should expect to pay between £150 and £250 for a single injection. It is important to go to a registered practitioner for Botox injections, as they will have the necessary training and experience to ensure that the treatment is safe and effective.

Here are some factors that can affect the cost of Botox in Cardiff:

  • The clinic: Some clinics charge more than others for Botox injections. This may be due to the location of the clinic, the size of the clinic, or the level of experience of the practitioners.
  • The experience of the practitioner: More experienced practitioners may charge more for Botox injections. This is because they have a better understanding of the treatment and are able to achieve better results.
  • The number of areas being treated: The more areas you are having treated, the higher the cost of the treatment will be. This is because it takes more time and skill to inject Botox into multiple areas.

It is important to do your research and compare prices before choosing a clinic for Botox injections in Cardiff. You should also make sure that the clinic is registered and insured. This will ensure that the clinic meets high standards of safety and quality.

Here are some tips for choosing a registered practitioner for Botox injections in Cardiff:

  • Check the practitioner’s qualifications: Make sure that the practitioner is a qualified medical professional, such as a doctor or nurse.
  • Ask about the practitioner’s experience: Find out how much experience the practitioner has in injecting Botox.
  • Check the clinic’s registration
  • Read reviews: Read online reviews of the clinic and the practitioner
  • Plan to have regular top ups to maintain your appearance.

Whether or not you should get Botox at 40 is a personal decision. There are many factors to consider, such as your budget, your goals, and your overall health.

Botox is a safe and effective treatment for wrinkles, but it is not a cure for aging. It can help to smooth out the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but it cannot prevent them from forming in the first place.

If you are considering getting Botox at 40, it is important to talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician. They can help you to determine if Botox is right for you and can advise you on the best treatment plan for your individual needs.

Here are some things to consider when making your decision:

  • Your budget: Botox can be expensive, so it is important to factor in the cost of treatment when making your decision.
  • Your goals: What do you hope to achieve with Botox treatment? Do you want to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles? Do you want to lift your eyebrows or reduce the appearance of crow’s feet?
  • Your overall health: Botox is generally safe for most people, but it is important to talk to your doctor if you have any underlying health conditions.

Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to get Botox at 40 is up to you. There is no right or wrong answer, and what is right for one person may not be right for another. If you are considering getting Botox, take some time to weigh the pros and cons and talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician to get more information.

The cost of 1ml of Botox in the UK can vary depending on the clinic, the experience of the practitioner, and the number of areas being treated. However, you should expect to pay between £100 and £350 for 1ml of Botox.

It is important to do your research and compare prices before choosing a clinic for Botox injections in the UK. You should also make sure that the clinic is reputable and that the practitioner is experienced.

Check the clinic’s registration: Make sure that the clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This will ensure that the clinic meets high standards of safety and quality.

By following these tips, you can be sure to find a reputable clinic for Botox injections in the UK that offers competitive prices

The durational effects can vary from person to person, but it typically lasts for 3 to 4 months. Some people may experience results for up to 6 months, while others may see results for as few as 2 months.

There are a number of factors that can affect how long Botox lasts, including:

  • The individual’s metabolism: People with faster metabolisms may metabolize Botox more quickly, resulting in shorter-lasting results.
  • The area being treated: Botox injections in some areas of the face, such as the forehead, may last longer than injections in other areas, such as the crows feet.
  • The number of units of Botox used: The more units of Botox used, the longer the results may last.
  • The frequency of treatments: People who receive Botox injections more frequently may experience longer-lasting results.

If you are concerned about the duration of Botox effects, you should talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician. They can help you to determine the best treatment plan for your individual needs.

Here are some tips for making your Botox treatment last longer:

  • Avoid strenuous activity: Strenuous activity can break down Botox more quickly.
  • Avoid lying down for 4 hours after your treatment: Lying down can cause the Botox to spread to other areas of the face.
  • Avoid rubbing the treatment area: Rubbing the treatment area can also cause the Botox to spread.
  • Get regular touch-ups: Getting regular touch-ups can help to maintain the results of your Botox treatment.

By following these tips, you can help to ensure that your Botox treatment lasts as long as possible.

When you stop getting Botox injections, the effects will gradually wear off over time. The exact amount of time it takes for the effects to wear off will vary from person to person, but it typically takes 3 to 6 months for the wrinkles to return to their original state.

There are a few things that can happen when you stop getting Botox injections:

  • The wrinkles will gradually return to their original state. This is because Botox works by temporarily paralyzing the muscles that cause wrinkles. When the Botox wears off, the muscles will be able to move freely again, and the wrinkles will reappear.
  • The wrinkles may appear deeper than they did before. This is because the muscles that were paralyzed by Botox will have weakened over time. When the Botox wears off, the muscles will not be able to contract as strongly as they did before, and the wrinkles may appear deeper as a result.
  • The skin may become less firm. Botox can help to improve the appearance of skin by reducing the appearance of wrinkles and improving the overall tone and texture of the skin. When the Botox wears off, the skin may become less firm as the muscles that were paralyzed by Botox regain their strength.

If you are considering stopping Botox injections, it is important to talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician. They can help you to determine if stopping Botox is right for you and can advise you on the best way to manage the effects of stopping Botox.

Here are some tips for managing the effects of stopping Botox:

  • Start using a good moisturizer. Moisturizing the skin can help to keep it looking and feeling its best.
  • Get regular facials. Facials can help to improve the appearance of the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
  • Consider other anti-aging treatments. There are a number of other anti-aging treatments available, such as laser treatments and fillers. These treatments can help to improve the appearance of the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Botox is a popular cosmetic treatment that can help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It is injected into specific muscles in the face to temporarily paralyze them. This prevents the muscles from contracting, which is what causes wrinkles to form.

The three most common areas for Botox injections are:

  1. The forehead: Botox injections in the forehead can help to smooth out horizontal lines and frown lines.
  2. The crows feet: Botox injections in the crows feet can help to reduce the appearance of lines that form at the corners of the eyes.
  3. The glabella: Botox injections in the glabella, which is the area between the eyebrows, can help to reduce the appearance of vertical lines that form between the eyebrows when someone frowns.

Botox can also be injected into other areas of the face, such as the jawline, the lips, and the chin.

It is important to note that Botox is not a permanent treatment. The effects typically last for 3 to 6 months, after which time the injections need to be repeated.

If you are considering Botox injections, it is important to talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician. They can help you to determine if Botox is right for you and can advise you on the best treatment plan for your individual needs.

Botox injections are generally considered safe when administered by a qualified healthcare professional. However, as with any medical procedure, there are some risks associated with Botox injections.

Some of the potential side effects of Botox injections include:

  • Pain, swelling, or bruising at the injection site: This is the most common side effect of Botox injections and usually goes away within a few days.
  • Headache: Headaches are another common side effect of Botox injections and usually go away within a few days.
  • Drooping eyelids: Drooping eyelids can occur if too much Botox is injected into the muscles that control the eyelids. This is a rare side effect, but it can be serious and may require treatment.
  • Blurred vision: Blurred vision can occur if Botox is injected too close to the eye. This is a rare side effect, but it can be serious and may require treatment.
  • Stiffness or weakness in the injected muscles: This is a rare side effect, but it can be annoying and may require treatment.
  • Allergic reaction: A very rare allergic reaction to Botox can occur. This can cause symptoms such as hives, swelling, and difficulty breathing.

If you experience any side effects after Botox injections, it is important to contact your doctor or a qualified aesthetician immediately.

It is also important to note that Botox injections are not recommended for everyone. People with certain medical conditions, such as myasthenia gravis or Eaton-Lambert syndrome, should not receive Botox injections. Pregnant women and breastfeeding women should also avoid Botox injections.

If you are considering Botox injections, it is important to talk to your doctor or a qualified aesthetician to discuss the risks and benefits of the procedure.
