Welcome to Palm Springs Aesthetics. We are dedicated to providing high-quality training and education in the field of aesthetic nursing. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Fees: All course fees paid to Palm Springs Aesthetics are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the allocation of resources, including materials and instructor time, which are arranged based on the number of enrolled participants.

2. Transfer of Fees: While course fees are non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. As such, Palm Springs Aesthetics offers the flexibility to transfer your course fee to another course within our offerings. This option is available under the following conditions:

   • Notification: You must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the start date of the originally enrolled course.
   • Availability: The transfer is subject to the availability of spaces in the desired course. We cannot guarantee placement in any specific course and advise early notification to facilitate the transfer process.
   • One-time Transfer: Each course fee is eligible for a one-time transfer only. Once transferred, the fee cannot be refunded or moved to another course.
   • Fee Differences: If the new course has a higher fee, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the new course has a lower fee, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Course Cancellation by Palm Springs Aesthetics: In the rare event that Palm Springs Aesthetics must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to transfer their fee to another course or receive a full refund.
